Terms of Service
Last updated 24 Oct 2026
The agreement between your business and Tritally. You accept it when you tick “I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy”. Where these Terms say “you”, they mean the business and everyone who uses Tritally for it.
1. Your account
Give us accurate details, including the business’s ABN. Each ABN has one Tritally account. Keep your sign-in details safe: every sign-in asks for a second step, and you’re responsible for what the people you invite do in the account.
2. Plans, trials and billing
The Free plan shows what you’re owed and asks customers for reviews. Starter, Business and Growth add chasing, conversations and payments, billed monthly or yearly in Australian dollars including GST.
Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial. Your card is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. We give you 30 days’ notice of any price change.
3. Chasing your customers
Tally contacts your customers in your business’s name, by email, text and phone. You confirm that they’re your customers, that they received the invoices, and that the amounts are right.
- Nothing reaches a customer until you go live; until then, test messages come to you.
- Tally only calls and texts at reasonable hours on business days and follows the Spam Act 2003.
- You can pause chasing for one customer or for everyone at any time.
4. Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe’s terms and paid to your account. Refunds and disputes with your customers are between you and them; Tritally records what happened.
5. Your data
Your data stays yours. You let us use it only to run Tritally for you, as the Privacy policy explains. You can download it at any time, including for 30 days after you close the account.
6. Using Tritally fairly
Don’t use Tritally to harass anyone, to chase amounts that aren’t owed, or in any way the ACCC and ASIC debt collection guideline doesn’t allow. We may pause sending if messages are being reported as spam.
7. If something goes wrong
Nothing in these Terms takes away your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Beyond those rights, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the problem.
8. Ending the agreement
You can cancel at any time in Settings → Billing; your plan runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for. We may suspend an account that breaks these Terms or isn’t paid, and we’ll tell you first unless the law stops us.
9. Changes to these Terms
When we change these Terms we’ll tell you, and the next time you sign in we’ll ask you to read and accept the new version before you continue.
